The Harbortouch POS has been very effective and reliable in our operation and in managing both our inventory and customer accounts. We have not had to call technical support very often, but when we did, it was very good. The sales staff has been very helpful in working with us and creatively finding solutions to our problems that have helped us adapt to the changing economic conditions.
